BlueprintDocs.dev Terms of Service

Welcome to BlueprintDocs.dev ("BlueprintDocs", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using https://blueprintdocs.dev and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to access the Service for your internal business or personal use.

You may not:

  1. Reverse‑engineer or copy any portion of the Service's code.
  2. Use automated scraping or excessive API calls that degrade performance.
  3. Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  4. Attempt to bypass credit limits or security features.
  5. Misrepresent generated content as advice from BlueprintDocs.

4. Credits & Payments

  • "Credits" are the internal unit that governs AI generation usage.
  • Paid plans allocate credits monthly; unused credits roll over for one extra month then expire.
  • Additional credits can be purchased at prevailing rates.
  • All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
  • Failure to pay will result in suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content – You retain all rights to prompts, documents, and assets you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content to provide the Service.
  • Our IP – The Service, branding, and underlying technology are our proprietary assets protected by law.

6. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
BlueprintDocs disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Generated content may contain errors; you are solely responsible for validating it before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueprintDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the past 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueprintDocs and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service. Sections 5‑9 survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
